Series Description
Record of proceedings of the board of county commissioners, and its predecessor the levy court, regarding petitions to open, straighten, alter, or close roads. By Chap. 75, Acts of 1830, the county officials were required to file these proceedings with the county court clerk for recording purposes. Entries include petitions, examiners reports, surveys, plats, and commissioners decrees and orders. Also available on film in series CM1387 and CM1388. Access available in electronic form derived from the records themselves.
