Master Index Cards, Building Permits
Cards used to record applications received and permits issued lining to construction, alteration, and uses of structures. Information includes address; owner's name; division, section, block and lot numbers; date application was received; purpose of application; permit number and date; construction cost; date of completion; and any pertinent remarks. All work for an individual address is included on one card.
